Using this website

Use this website to browse restaurant information, view the menu, contact us and choose optional text updates. Provide accurate information in forms and use only a phone number you own or are authorized to enroll. Do not use the website to submit fraudulent requests, misuse another person's information or interfere with the website's operation.

Menu information and restaurant orders

Menu prices, availability, hours and other restaurant information can change. Prices shown on this website are a guide; confirm current details with the restaurant or the ordering service before placing an order.

Orders are handled by phone or through Slice when you follow an online-ordering link. The text-updates form does not place, pay for, change or cancel an order. Contact the restaurant or the service used to place your order about confirmation, payment, changes, cancellation or refund questions.

Other websites and services

Links to ordering, maps and social-media services open services with their own terms and privacy practices. Review the information presented by those services when you use them. Our embedded signup form is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector), as described in our privacy policy.

Optional text message program

These terms describe the optional text-message program being prepared by Crust Brick Oven Pizza INC (Brick Oven Pizza). You can save your preferences through our HighLevel form. The program is not sending messages yet. Saving the form does not place an order, and a phone number alone does not authorize texting.

The messages you can choose at launch

Order updates & customer service: non-marketing messages about your orders and customer-service requests.

Special offers & promotions: recurring promotional messages, including automated messages, about restaurant offers, discounts, and promotions.

Each category has its own optional, initially unchecked consent box. You may select either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number or submitting the form alone will not enroll you. You must own the number you provide or have authority to enroll it. Consent is not required to buy food or receive customer service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency will vary with the categories you select, your orders or requests, and our promotions. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your plan or charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP in the message conversation to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation that your opt-out was processed. We will not resume messages unless you provide valid new consent. If the messaging service requires it, you may also need to text START or UNSTOP to remove a previous carrier block.

Reply HELP in an active message conversation for assistance, or call (561) 619-5007. Until launch, call the restaurant for all program help. Submitting a new form with no categories selected will not withdraw an earlier consent; reply STOP to the messages or call us to withdraw it.

Delivery and ordering

Text delivery depends on your carrier, coverage, device, and the messaging service. Messages may be delayed or unavailable, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text as confirmation that an order has been placed or changed; contact the restaurant or the ordering service to confirm.

The program has no announced launch date. Preferences are saved in HighLevel. We will begin texting only after the program is ready and the required sender verification is approved.

Privacy and updates to these terms

Our privacy policy explains how the program uses your number, protects mobile information, and retains consent records. We may update these terms as the program changes. New message purposes require appropriate consent; changing these terms does not authorize messages outside the categories you selected.
