The messages you can choose at launch

Order updates & customer service: non-marketing messages about your orders and customer-service requests.

Special offers & promotions: recurring promotional messages, including automated messages, about restaurant offers, discounts, and promotions.

When signup opens, each category will have its own optional, unchecked consent box. You may select either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number or submitting the form alone will not enroll you. You must own the number you provide or have authority to enroll it. Consent is not required to buy food or receive customer service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency will vary with the categories you select, your orders or requests, and our promotions. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your plan or charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP in the message conversation to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation that your opt-out was processed. We will not resume messages unless you provide valid new consent. If the messaging service requires it, you may also need to text START or UNSTOP to remove a previous carrier block.

Reply HELP in an active message conversation for assistance, or call (561) 619-5007. Until launch, call the restaurant for all program help. Submitting a new form with no categories selected will not withdraw an earlier consent; reply STOP to the messages or call us to withdraw it.

Delivery and ordering

Text delivery depends on your carrier, coverage, device, and the messaging service. Messages may be delayed or unavailable, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text as confirmation that an order has been placed or changed; contact the restaurant or the ordering service to confirm.

The program has no announced launch date. Signup will open after its recordkeeping connection is ready. We will begin texting only after the program is ready and the required sender verification is approved.

Privacy and updates to these terms

Our privacy policy explains how the program will use your number, protect mobile information, and retain consent records. We may update these terms as the program changes. New message purposes require appropriate consent; changing these terms does not authorize messages outside the categories you selected.
